It is a very beautiful beach resort. Check in and checkout were very smooth. Rooms were clean with a nice beach view. It has a good water park for children to enjoy. It also has a big swimming pool for adults and adolescents to swim in. It also has a kids play room for kids to play around. The beach was well taken care off just for an evening walk to enjoy the sunset and morning scroll. Finally there is a staff member, Laila to whatsapp us at anytime in case we have any problems during our stay.

Nice place...nice hotel..nice view..cuma tempat sarapan pagi kena letak extra portable air-cond bila terlalu ramai orang tak ada tempat dan terpaksa makan di level atas dalam masa yang sama rasa tidak selesa serta panas..just opinion that'll, ini pertama kali dan terus tempah 3H2M..rasa teruja apabila datang di sini..pada yang ingin datang di saran kan rancang dan ambil lebih dari sehari untuk menikmati keindahan suasana di sini.. terima ksih dan jumpa lagi...

This is the best hotel i stayed so far. I give rate 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Me and my family love to stay here especially my 3 years old daughter because this hotel is so kids friendly. Everything is good about this hotel. Food is good and many choices. The staff is friendly. I love the environment, very cozy and suitable for family staycation.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 We had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Damai Laut Resort from 28–30 September 2025. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the resort itself is beautiful with serene views of the sea. At first, our room was close to the lobby with less privacy, but the team quickly arranged a room change to a higher floor with an amazing view. We were also pleasantly surprised with the thoughtful touches — a birthday cake and towel decoration for our son’s 9th birthday, which truly made our 訂房網站 extra memorable. Our family enjoyed the facilities, and the kids especially loved the pool and beach. We would love to see more family-oriented activities for children in the future, but overall, the experience was excellent. Thank you to the DoubleTree Damai Laut team for making our family 訂房網站 and our son’s birthday celebration so special. Highly recommended!

The hotel has a good pool for kids and also can access to beach easily. Has kids club too. Very suitable for family 訂房網站 especially with kids. During check in, has complimentary cotton candy for kids. Very awesome hotel with good breakfast buffet too.

先來說說優點，飯店服務的人員很友善，笑容滿面，親切，早晚餐吃的是自助料理，很豐盛。兒童泳池讓孩子玩得很開心，一直有工作人員幫忙注意孩子們的安全問題，讓人很放心，泳池也乾淨，週邊還有提供免費的冰檸檬水和浴巾，可以讓成人在一旁的躺椅上好好享受這放鬆的假期。海邊沙灘也很乾淨，我們和孩子在岸邊的礁石進行簡單又有趣的探索，我們抓海螺和螃蟹，觀察完再放回去，教導孩子愛護大自然。可惜夜間海灘沒開放，不然還能夜間在沙灘上抓寄居蟹。再來說缺點，我們預訂的是海景房，但是打開窗簾，卻完全看不見海，去到櫃檯資訊，他們告知得再預定更高級的海景房樓層更高才可能見到海，當下心裡是很不高興的，不能看見海，究竟是哪門子海景房？訂房照片與現實不符！房間打掃是很乾淨，寢具很舒適，但是因為靠近樹林，所以房間四周有不少昆蟲，我們一開進房門就看見幾隻蒼蠅四處亂竄，洗手池裡有隻不小的不知名蟲子在亂飛，怕蟲子的人要保重了。這裡地點非常偏僻，可以說是遠離塵囂，建議還是在這裡預定早晚餐，不然出入要找到餐廳也不容易，有帶孩子的家庭可以考慮直接在這裡用餐。總之，我們一家人都覺得這裡非常棒，還是很推薦大家來這裡玩，只是真的想享受海景房的人，直接攻頂預定最好的海景房吧！別訂啥花園房，離餐廳和泳池很遠。
